Pre-order shipping policy

Please note that shipping times could take up to 6 weeks (a minimum of 3 weeks). After the order is received by us, we will send out your order as soon as possible. Feel free to ask questions and check our Instagram story for updates.

Parcel lost in transit

We are not responsible when the parcel is stolen or lost in transit. This is beyond our reach and not our responsibility. The customer would need to contact the shipping carrier when this problem occurs.
